Victor Jendrzey, service manager at Comfort-Air, is the winner of the 2003 North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Certified Technician Competition. Jendrzey is proud to be a part of the HVAC industry and sees NATE as one way to help solve the technician shortage problem. "By focusing on increasing the professionalism of the industry, and making people want to be the best they can be, you make the industry that much more attractive, " he said.
