The vast majority of inquiries NATE receives are answered in these FAQ's, they can be accessed anytime by anyone with internet access. We have also set up an askNATE email address that will allow for questions not covered. These will be referred to the appropriate staff contact at NATE for proper handling. We recognize that not everyone has access to the internet and some prefer to call us, but this new service should allow us to better manage call volume and provide answers to most questions even when our office is closed.
