To support a new NATE consumer web site and maximize the value of the Consumer Contractor Connection (C3) referral service to the consumer, NATE is increasing the threshold for participation from 25% to 50% NATE certified technicians effective January 1, 2009.In addition to changing the criteria of the basic C3 program NATE is raising the requirements to participate in the "Quality Circle" program which is the "elite" level of the C3. The new requirements will move from 75% to 80% of total technicians NATE-certified with at least one NATE-certified technician in each area of service and/or installation your company provides. To update your C3 listing, company email address and contact information, please visit the Consumer Contractor Connection link from the NATE website at www.natex.org .
